Undergraduate Seminars

The first semester of 3rd year students will learn collaboratively from a textbook on macroeconomic dynamics. They will decide on their research topics in the 2nd semester by reviewing related research articles and books. The main issue of the 4th year students will be to accomplish their graduation thesis. For that, they need to present their research progress to the class every week.

Graduate Seminars

The main topic of this seminar is international trade and/or economic growth related dynamic/policy issues. Students are encouraged to use both theoretical and numerical analysis to accomplish their original research papers.

Message

Facing the beautiful Osaka Bay from the mountainside of Rokko, Kobe University has long been open and welcoming to multicultural, like the local city. International researchers/students from all over the world are enjoying the challenging, but joyful and fruitful campus and local life.
