Japanese Language Courses Offered by Global Education Center, Kobe University
Global Education Center (GEC) offers Japanese language courses to all international students affiliated with Kobe University.
- Japanese Language Program Leaflet and Timetable (updated in mid-Mar)
- If you wish to take Japanese Language Program, please be sure to take placement test which will check your current level of Japanese proficiency so that you can choose the level of Japanese which is appropriate for you at GEC.
- For Intensive Japanese Language Course:
You must first consult with the Academic Coordinator. This course is specially designed for MEXT scholarship students, but other students (including exchange students) may enroll if space is available. Please contact the academic coordinator of the Office for International Education and Exchange first of all, as soon as possible.

経済学部・経済学研究科の留学生の皆さんを対象にオフィスアワーを設けています。履修計画、人間関係に関することや生活面での困ったことや分からないこと、話したいことがある時、気軽に相談してください。充実した留学生活が送れるようサポートします。
The Faculty/Graduate School of Economics offers office hours to help international students with problems related to their studies and daily life in Japan. Counseling covers a wide range of issues including course planning, administrative procedures, relationships with faculty/classmates, other aspects of daily life, etc.
