Issuance of Degree Certificates, etc.

• One copy each of the degree certificate, academic transcript, and certificate of completion will be provided at the reception desk of the “Appreciation Party” after the graduation ceremony. Please make sure to collect them by around 2:00 p.m.
  (Please be sure to bring all required documents listed below when collecting your documents.)
  If you are unable to collect them on the day, please come to the Academic Affairs Office from March 26 (Wednesday), 2026.
• If you wish to receive them by postal mail, please send this form, your student ID card, and your copy card to the Academic Affairs Office by post.
• For students from China, please provide your mailing address in English and your email address which we can contact.
• For Master’s students, if you plan to enroll in another graduate school at Kobe University, please inform the Academic Affairs Office by the XX of March.
• Students with outstanding tuition payments are requested to make the payment immediately.
• If you need more than two documents of academic transcript, and certificate of completion, please apply for it via BEEF+Venture.　（Deadline：March 15, 2026）
