• Announcement of Graduates: March 9(Monday) 10:00 a.m. (planned)

　The announcement will be posted on the Graduate School of Economics website.
　We will not respond to inquiries by telephone or other means.

• Graduation Ceremony for Academic Year 2025 (March)

The ceremony is scheduled to be held on March 25 (Wednesday), at the Kobe Port Island Hall.

For the latest information, including any changes to the format or possible cancellation, please refer to the university’s website.

• Issuance of Degree Certificates, etc.

One copy each of the degree certificate, academic transcript, and certificate of completion will be provided at the reception desk of the “Appreciation Party” after the graduation ceremony.
Please make sure to collect them by around 2:00 p.m.
(Please be sure to bring all required documents listed below when collecting your documents.)
If you are unable to collect them on the day, please come to the Academic Affairs Office from March 26 (Wednesday), 2026.

Documents Required for Receiving the Degree Certificate:
1. Student ID Card
2. Graduate Survey
* The Graduate Survey will be conducted via Microsoft Forms (BEEF+ Venture).
You will be asked to present the completion screen when receiving your degree certificate.

If a proxy collects the documents on your behalf, the proxy must bring the following:
– the student ID card
– a copy of the completion screen of the Graduate Survey
– the Career Path Survey Form (if not yet submitted)
– the proxy’s own identification
– a letter of authorization

Please submit the “Career Path Survey Form(進路等調査票)” via BEEF+ Venture as soon as possible.
