New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation will be conducted in person on the following date.
Please be sure to attend the orientation, as student ID card and account notification will be distributed.
- KIMAP students
- Date: April 7 (Tue.), 10:00 a.m.
- Place: Rokkodai 1st Campus 1st Building, Room 230
Documents to be submitted
- Student registration form and Declaration
Please create and print the document using the link below. Kindly submit the printed copy on the day of the orientation.

Name: Japanese students should use the same information as in their family register and foreigners should use the same information as in their passport.
Addresses of guardians, etc.: International students should complete their family information in their home country. - Passport (*international students only)

- Copy of certificate of residence (original) (*international students only)
→Please submit a certificate stating your status of residence, period of stay, etc. . - Eligibility Confirmation Letter (photocopy) (*international students only)
- Certificate of Graduation from the university where you graduated (*Only for those who submitted a Certificate of Expected Graduation at the time of application.)
Orientation for New International Students (*international students only)
All international students must attend the “Orientation for New International Students”.

Seminar Application
Please review the pamphlet and contact the faculty member on your own if necessary.
