Application for Doctoral Program Dissertation

  • For students scheduled to complete in September：Apply for dissertation submission in early July
  • For students scheduled to complete in March：Apply for dissertation submission in mid-December

　Those who plan to submit a doctoral dissertation should submit a dissertation application form through BEEF Venture according to their desired completion date. Please check the timeline posted above for details on the deadline for the dissertation submission application.

    • The main papers are not required to be submitted.
    • If you are submitting main papers, please submit it as a PDF data along with the application form through BEEF＋Venture.

Application for Postponement of Publication of Doctoral Program Dissertation

　Doctoral dissertations of doctoral degree recipients are automatically published in the Kobe University Academic Repository within one year from the date of the award of the doctoral degree, but it is possible to apply for postponement of publication or non-publication only in unavoidable cases. 　Those who wish to take the Designated Courses for Doctoral Qualifying Examinations must submit the application form to the designated box at the BEEF+ Venture. If you have already withdrawn from the university and wish to take the examination, please contact the Academic Academic Affairs Section.
