We have economic problems, such as long-term economic stagnation, the globalization of domestic industries, aging society, and social security problems. The "Theory of Economic Policy" attempts to examine what governments should and can do about these problems for which the market does not seem to have any fiscal solution. One may remember that the "Theory of Economic Policy" is simply equivalent to fiscal and monetary policies, which are concerned with analyzing the effectiveness of a certain economic policy. However, Industrial and Social Policy takes more diverse approaches to the issues associated with such economic policies, including the process of policy formation, economic systems and economic order, and how the government should be involved in the economy.
